Ordering

You can order any item on this website using the shopping cart system provided. Simply browse around and then click on 'add to cart' to add each item to the shopping cart. Our payment system is hosted by Paypal, a secure and trusted payment provider to process your order safely.

As we are an online dress agency, each item of clothing (unless otherwise specified), is available as a single unit only. This means that you can only purchase one amount of each item. If there is more then one amount available for a certain product, we will let you know about it by displaying the available quantity in the product's description.

Postage and Packing

Our postage charge within the UK is £3.50. This is a set cost regardless of the size of your order, so why not make the most of it and buy several items at a time?

For items under the value of £32, we will send your item by Royal Mail first class signed for. For orders over the value of £32, your order will be sent by next day special delivery.

Postage costs will be slightly higher for orders sent outside the UK. If you live outside the UK, then please email me first the items you are interested in and I will provide you the best quote possible.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We are happy to accept refunds and exchanges within 14 days after your order, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase. In this case, the cost of the item will be refunded, however the postage cost will not be refunded.

We try our best to inspect and describe each item as accurately and honestly as possible, but if the item has faults that were not specified in the description, then on safe return, the item cost AND the postage cost will be refunded back to you.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not arrive safely. For this reason, please keep your postal receipt and if you are returning something valuable, make sure the postage purchased insures the item up to it's value.

'Nearly New' Items

As most of the 'nearly new' items on this website have been owned by members of our family, we are well aware of the condition that the items were in once they were sent out. We reserve the right to accept refunds and exchanges on items if we believe that they have been ruined unnecessarily (including marks etc.) by the customer. In this case, the item would be returned back to you.

'New With Tags' Items

Items returned as new with tags must have all the original tags unremoved when returned. Again, we reserve the right to accept returned clothing if it has signs of wear or marks on it that were not originally there when sold. If this was to happen, we would return the item back to you.

Lingerie and Underwear

Refunds and exchanges are allowed for items that are not sold as a set, and cover the top half of the body only (i.e. bras, camisoles). Due to hygiene reasons, refunds and exchanges are not permitted for items that cover the crotch area. This includes briefs, one piece swimming costumes and bodies. It also includes lingerie sets that are sold as a set, i.e. for a bra and knickers set, none of these items would be able to be returned back as they are sold as a complete set only.

To compensate for this, I will try and include as much measurements and information as possible if I believe something is inappropriately sized, so you have the utmost confidence in what you are buying.

Authenticity

It is guaranteed that each and every item on this website is authentic. If you doubt the authenticity of any of our products then once you have safely returned the item, we will provide you a full refund (including postage costs). This is the extent to which we can assure you that you are buying top quality clothing.

As well as owning this website, Hannah Bartram is the owner of www.luxury-leather-goods.com, where I have built up a good reputation selling fine quality leather bags and accessories. We respect your privacy, which means that we do not give any of your personal information out to any other business. This includes your name, address, telephone number, email address and any other information you provide to us. As your order is processed through Paypal, your card details will not be accessible to us at all, for your maximum security and privacy.

Should you join our newsletter, you will only be sent one newsletter once a month, simply to keep you updated with the latest additions to our website.

Our website statistics software uses 'cookies', which are small pieces of information sent from your browser to our server, to retrieve data about visitors. The information sent to our server depends upon the tolerance of your cookie settings. You can adjust your settings in the Internet Options panel if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer.

The information your browser sends to us usually consists of the website which referred you to our website, also the country of origin of your internet provider, and how many pages you viewed before you exited our website.

Colour Differences

Please allow slight differences for product colours on our website. Although we try our hardest to alter image colours to match up with the actual colours of the items themselves, everybody has different monitors and different colour settings!

You may notice that the product detail pictures appear to have different colours to the main image. This is because the main image has been optimised to match the actual product colour, while the detail pictures are just meant to show close-ups of logos and fabric. So when it comes to choosing on colour, consider the main product image first - not detail pictures!
